Online multiplayer is coming to Human: Fall Flat on consoles and I couldn’t be more stoked

The gift that keeps on giving

It warms my heart knowing that Human: Fall Flat has sold four million copies with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. It’s one of the funniest games I’ve played in years. If you can go through it with friends, it’s a riot. Things are about to get even more rowdy next month with a free update on consoles.

The PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch versions of Human: Fall Flat are getting online multiplayer on August 28. You and up to seven other wobbly-toddler-walkin’ players can team up to solve platforming puzzles or just pester the hell out of each other in the game’s silly-physics world.

Just the other day I saw this while scrolling through my library and wished I had a reason to replay it. Online multiplayer will suffice for now, but I know I’ll be back to pining for a sequel soon enough.

Though the 2D games have been stellar, 3D titles kicked off by Super Mario 64 have given players the grandest experiences. This begs the question, how do they stack up against one another?
